The studio closes on the 21st of December and reopens on the 22nd of January. I’d like to thank you all for your continued loyalty and friendship. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy happy 2018.
I love moving and being active. I also love Christmas and choosing gifts so this time of the year is perfect for me to combine my two passions. My aim is to get the recipient(s) moving more frequently. Here are a few last-minute ideas.

The Squatty Potty
Everyone poops and if you want more movement in your life (and bathroom) use a squat platform to toilet. More squats and less bearing down. Or if you are good at DIY you could make your own.
And for those who have no DIY skills:
This bit of kit packs a punch and can be used from toddlers to the centenarian. Buy a strong wide plank of wood. This can be used to walk down forward facing, on your toes, on your heels, tandem walking, walking sideways, crawling on knees or knees off. The possibilities are endless.
PS – I don’t get any incentives or kickbacks for recommending these products. These are just some of the books and kit I love using and have been recommending to my studio clients all year!
